Corn Removal

Routine Foot Care

You really dont have to live with painful feet. The following are some of the conditions we can treat:

Toenails that are long, thickened and difficult to manage.

Hard corns

Callus (hard skin)

We can offer a suitable treatment and give you advice on how to care for your feet at home.

Fungal Feet Treatment

Ingrown Toenails

ingrowing toenails are a common and painful problem. It is not unusual for

nails to become so misshapen that you start to get a lot of pain and

sometimes infections.

We ensure that any ingrowing nails are treated promptly – sometimes only

needing them to be cut in a certain way to reduce the pain. If this does not

remedy the situation, nail surgery may be necessary. If this is the case we

can always offer an appointment treatment in a matter of weeks – often

sooner.

Dry Skin Care

Skin Conditions

There are many and varied skin conditions found in the foot. More common ailments will include cracked skin – especially on the heels, sweaty feet and very dry skin.

Your skin will be thoroughly examined and any conditions diagnosed. You will

be given any necessary initial treatment and advice on how to manage the

problem.

Foot and Ankle Pain

Foot Pain

Foot pain is a common condition that can arise from various causes, including injury, overuse, or underlying health conditions like arthritis or diabetes.

As podiatrists, we specialize in diagnosing and treating foot pain to restore your mobility and comfort. Whether it's a persistent ache, swelling, or difficulty walking, our expertise can help you find lasting relief and improve your quality of life

Nail Cutting

Verruca Treatment

Verruca's are exactly the same as warts. The difference is their location - verruca's are under your feet and warts are everywhere else. In the case of verruca's they are generally picked up from other people in shared changing rooms – especially if your feet are wet.

We offer two treatments – a schedule of clinic appointments combined with information on self care. Or you can opt for verruca needling which is a much more effective treatment but does involve minor surgery (see below)

Diabetic Feet Care

Fungal Conditions

It is very common for people to have fungal skin and nail infections. We naturally have a fungal element on our skin. In fact it the body’s way to ward off bacterial infections.

We will assess your skin. If we diagnose a fungal infection is present we will

give you advice on how to treat it. Often it is useful to return for a review

appointment to monitor your progress.

Local Podiatry

Diabetic Feet

Diabetes can be a challenging condition that affects many systems in the

body. In the foot it can result in numbness (neuropathy) and poor circulation (

Peripheral vascular disease).

It is essential the diabetic foot is checked at least annually to ensure any

complications are picked up promptly.  We can provide annual check ups and include monitoring

between these checks to ensure your feet remain in the best of health. This

will ensure any deterioration is spotted before it becomes serious.

Minor Surgery

Once you have had your first appointment you may be assessed as needing one of the following minor surgeries. We can book you into a minor surgery promptly – often within weeks.

Private Nail Surgery

Nail Surgery

When you have lived with painful ingrowing toenails having nail surgery can be transformative. In less than an hour you can be permanently pain free.

We are very experienced having carried out over 200 surgeries in the last year alone.

Contemplating any form of surgery can be daunting. We realise that and take every step we can to help you feel relaxed, fully informed and able to trust our expertise.

Verruca Removal and Needling

Verruca Needling

If you have tried everything else or are just impatient to lose that verruca this is the treatment for you.

Verruca needling involves the use of local anaesthetic to numb the foot. Then when youare happy your foot has no feeling, we puncture the verruca repeatedly with a needle.

This breaks down the verruca cells and lets your body know you have a viral infection.

Your body does its work mounting an immune reaction and kills the verruca. This is a very effective treatment with high success rates.
